MP3 format and can be downloaded (saved) to your hard
drive.   
Hint on saving to your hard drive - Create a folder in your hard
drive for Audio Books
Windows OS:
  1. Highlight the desired file
  2. Right mouse click
  3. Select: "Save Target As" option
  4. Navigate to your 'Audio Book' folder
  5. Click "Save"
Mac OS:
  1. Highlight the desired file
  2. "Ctrl/mouse click' (Mac equivalent to right mouse click)
  3. Select: "Save Target As" option
  4. Navigate to your 'Audio Book' folder
  5. Click "Save"
